Get your kicks in Troop 66!

Welcome to the Dublin 66th Naomh Eoin, Clontarf Scout Unit.

We are a lively, friendly bunch and following a drop in membership we are starting to attract new members to all our sections and we have even had interest from people who are interested in starting a Venture Section.
New members are always welcome and we are delighted that after having a very male Scout section we are attracting more female members to join the adventure.

We are currently re-designing our troop den and in the process evaluating and re-organising ourselves so that we get more out of our experience of Scouting and we can do more and go further with our plans, hopes, dreams and expectations.

We are very lucky in respect to our location as we have every possible ammenity on our doorstep. Dublin and Wicklow mountains, the Irish Sea, all kinds of sporting clubs and activities and close to the national capital too.

We enjoy camping , hiking, campfires, orienteering, poineering, sports and outdoor activities of all kinds and we are lucky to have friends and neighbours in the form of 5th Port of Dublin Dollymount Sea Scouts, who are helping one of our leaders finish her Woodbadge training and might even let us come down and do some water activities with them too!!

If your game and you are moving house to our area, come and join us! The more the merrier!!

ONE WORLD ONE PROMISE

Our Sections:

Clontarf Beavers Clontarf Beavers We currently have a very large Beaver section led by Dan and Brenda. Almost thirty have joined and most plan to continue into Cubs. They currently have a small hike planned.

Clontarf Cubs Clontarf Cubs Our Cub section is currently low in numbers but has had a couple of new members lately.

It should be considerably boosted when some move up from Beavers.

It is led by Marie-Louise and Paul who are great.
